WELCOME MARC CHABOT, NEW VP AND CFO OF LITHION RECYCLING

MONTREAL, QC, March 10, 2020 – Marc Chabot joins Lithion Recycling as the new VP and CFO. He thereby joins Lithion’s standing management team composed of our President and CEO, Benoit Couture, our VP Operations and Corporate Development, Denis Geoffroy and our Project Director, Emilie Nadeau.

Marc is a CPA, CA who trained in the EY family. He has over 30 years of experience with close to 22 years in tech startups in the fields of transportation, electrification and cleantech. In his past, Marc spent respectively 10 years acting as Finance VP and CFO of TM4 (now Dana-TM4) and CVTCORP Transmissions. Through the years, he has made sure to built businesses with solid and perennial foundations by taking core responsabilities in various departments and roles such as HR, IT, Financing, Strategic Planning, Governance and International Business Development. Marc also holds a law certificate from the University of Montréal.

Fun fact: Before joining Lithion, Marc served a few years at the Montréal Olympic Park, a provincial government propriety, where he is proud to have contribute to the return of Montréal’s soccer team to the Olympic Stadium. Go Impact Go!
